247 started with a simple test: before asking any client to trust AI with their operations, run the entire agency on it first. Today our own project management, client comms, monitoring and delivery pipeline are AI-operated with human gates — the same architecture we deploy for clients.
The story
The name is the operating model: systems that work 24/7 so people don't have to. We're based in Auckland and build for businesses that need automation to be dependable, not impressive — law firms with daily regulatory deadlines, service firms drowning in intake, operators who want their evenings back.
We stayed deliberately small and heavily automated. That's not a constraint — it's the proof. Every workflow pattern we sell has already survived contact with our own operations.

Name the bottleneck
A thirty-minute call. You describe the job that eats the most time or gets dropped most often. We tell you straight whether AI can take it, and roughly what it costs.
Scope in writing
A fixed scope with phases, gates, a definition of done and the monthly cost answered explicitly — even when the answer is "no monthly fee".
Build behind gates
We build in phases with a review gate at each one. Nothing touches your production systems or your customers without passing its gate — and you hold the key.
Run, monitor, improve
Go-live is the start, not the end. Monitors watch the system, receipts accumulate, and a standing monthly check keeps it tuned as your business changes.
